By using texsor.com, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Service
Texsor is a B2B sourcing and sales platform currently in development. The Site accepts early access registrations; the platform is not yet generally available.
2. Intellectual Property
All Site content, design, logos and visual materials belong to Verym Software Consulting Industry and Trade Ltd. and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and may not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Changes
The current version of these terms is always published here.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction.
